I would like to thank your company personnel at Customer Service division of their excellent support.  Technicians;   Laura Kim, Xavier and Tony, took care of my all my needs of being safe in this kind of environment these days.

Xavier and Tony have been to my home when I am having some problems and/or just to update my existing alarm system. They take the time to explain everything.  I also want you to know that Xavier checked on my system the next day which was a Saturday to make sure all was in working order. Most of all they look at my needs to make me feel safe, and that I will be safe. Thank you.

I want to thank John your Service Manager, whom I have spoken to a number of times and explained what I am in need of, etc.   I must say I was so impressed that when John called me that something was wrong with Smoke Detector #2.  We made the appointment for the repair. I find your improvements with the communication with my home system and your technicians are remarkable.

This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of your assistance and support.

I currently have four (4) systems with General Security:

My Home, where my son and I have learned to customize our system to fit our needs and situations when need be.

My Mother’s home, where she and I also have learned to customize her system to fit her needs but also so that I may sleep peacefully knowing that she is safe.

My Best Friend’s home, where it was just her and her daughter in a brand new neighborhood. Their system was installed just before the thanksgiving holiday because I felt more comfort with them having some added protection because via the news, a home was just robbed 2 days before her system was installed and the following week afterwards.

My Assisted Living facility, where I have elder clients. If I didn’t have the help of General Security I would have to stay up all-night, every night worrying about them. Also with General Security I am able to market my property with added measures of safety.

All of my systems were either installed with a new updated system to work with my phone and computer or upgraded to do, and it was all because of my other family, General Security, Michelle, David, Lonnie, and all the rest, “my eye of safety and peace”.

In the last 12 years as a business owner with multiple locations in Richmond, VA, Hampton Roads and the Outer Banks of North Carolina I have had many vendors to work with in that time.
